Dream Home on the Market: April 2017

Ready to move now? Heres a home that’s ready for you!

Scrolling through the homes on the market you’ll come across beautiful million-dollar homes with sprawling spaces and stunning details. This no exception, well, except the that it’s just under $1,000,000! After recently touring the brand-new builds of the Minneapolis Parade of Homes, I noticed lots of white kitchen cabinets, similar layouts, and honestly, somewhat generic finishes. Don’t get me wrong, they look nice, but this home has a bit more character, and not to mention a porch. Who doesn’t love a natural, light-filled room with the comforts of the indoors yet the closeness to the outdoors. Without further ado, take a look for yourself!

Probably the cutest exterior I’ve ever seen, but I have to say I’m partial to hues of navy and orange. This home as so many unique features and so much space to add your own flair. I’m picturing my art above the fireplace, my concrete table in the dining area, and my hot orange bar stools would look awesome under that beautiful grey counter top.

The details in this home are so inspiring, which is what I think makes a great dream home. The stunning red tiles on the wall of the wet bar, the ornate grey tiles in the bathroom and the cool sconces in the basement aren’t something you’re going to find in other home. And, did I mention? There’s a screened-in porch!

Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants on 50th & France, it’s a great location. And, not only is this home super unique in its form, it’s also completely updated in its function. The Samsung smart appliances are controlled by smartphone and the entire home is wired for sound. I can’t tell you how great that would be to not have wires hanging all over the place!
