Ground Zero
Ground Zero is located in Northeast Minneapolis, and is the downstairs neighbor popular nostalgia club The Front. Ground Zero is strictly cash-only, but is a fun venue with dance, indie, techno and house music. Though be warned: Some themed nights, Bondage A-Go-Go, offer more than just a dance floor.

First Ave
The now-infamous First Avenue was made famous from Minnesota’s own superstar Prince. Since establishing itself in the 70s First Avenue has become known nationwide as a premier music venue and dance hall. Most concerts within its various venues are all 18+, so check out their calendar and catch one of your favorite bands coming to town. Maybe you can go out on a random night and discover new music you love too.

Lush
Lush prides itself as a great place for everyone and anyone to drink dine and dance the night away. Check their monthly calendar for the best nights of dancing, burlesque shows, and drag shows – and don’t forget to join for brunch in the morning.

Bar Fly
Bar Fly in Minneapolis hosts shows for anyone 18 and older multiple times a week. From House Party Fridays to Clubtronic Saturdays to concerts at the Skyway theater and Loft located in the same building. Check their website to see a full list of upcoming events.

Triple Rock
Like First Avenue, Triple Rock is a great venue to catch a show and dance the night away. Most of their concerts are 18+, so check their calendar out and see who’s coming to town. All details will be listed.

Honey
Honey has been mentioned on Twin Cities Agenda before – we’ve spent for than a few nights below ground at this Northeast dance hall. There is a cover charge to get in, but remember: The best nights and dancing memories are priceless, so it’s worth the $5 or $10 to pass the threshold.

Myth
The Myth, located just east of St. Paul, has been a hot spot the past few years for concerts and touring artists. After it’s demise in 2009, the nightclub rose from the ashes and turned things around to become one of the most popular music venues in the metro. Check out their calendar to see who’s coming to town and plan a night at Myth Nightclub with your best friends.

Gay 90s
Gay 90s is located on Hennepin Avenue and hosts some of the best 18+ nights Minneapolis has to offer. Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and every 3rd weekend of the month they offer 18+ festivities. Remember that all of those under 21 do have to pay a cover.
