Well, my fellow animal lovers, it’s getting close to the end of the year. The “top this” and “top that” lists for 2017 are starting to pop up left and right, and, while it might seem a bit early, we are already seeing Christmas decorations. Why not jump on the bandwagon?
The most important list for all the dog lovers is, drum roll please…
The Top Dog Names of 2017
The information for this list comes from mydogsname.com, and identifies trends like the popularity of Star Wars names and that people just can’t stop naming their dog “Bella.” The results are based on the search selections of 3.2 million new dog owners who used their site to find a new doggie name.
As far as the Star Wars-themed names go, you can probably guess at least a few of them. The names from the popular movie franchise as a whole are seeing double digit increases as far as use; the most popular being Princess, Chewy – and now Finn after the more recent movies.
