It’s that time of year: We are already starting to see commercials for the Minnesota State Fair beginning later this month. Summer is coming to an end and many of us are dreading the cold upcoming weather on the horizon and fall semester classes beginning (note: fall doesn’t begin until September 22nd, so we still have plenty of time to enjoy what we have). Many people are excited for the cool weather, kicking off the football season, the pretty colors of fall, and, of course, the Fair. There is an abundance every year of new events, food-on-a-stick attractions, and Grandstand headliners.
